     1st Choice Inspection Service is available 7 days a week and we use a computer generated report that includes digital pictures and is customized for each home.  Our reporting system is state of the art and your report can be retrieved from my website, emailed to you or your realtor, or delivered in print and on a cd.  We will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have about the condition of the home being inspected as well as any questions about our report.

Prelisting Inspection

     When you have 1st Choice Inspection Service inspect your home before you put it on the market you will be made aware of problems and have the opportunity to correct them before the potential buyer's home inspector has a chance to write them up.  Our prelisting inspection will allow you to get the most money out of your property in a very competitive market.
